| Business Continuity Analyst

Group Business Continuity is responsible for managing the Group's contingency facilities, Incident Management Framework and for ensuring that business units meet Group Business Continuity standards.
We currently require an Analyst to work closely with a portfolio of business customers and assist them to develop and maintain validated continuity plans. As Business Continuity "Champion", you will use your expertise and relationship building skills to deliver robust business recovery plans across your customer base and improve these through regular testing and exercises.
You will have at least one year's practical experience of Business Continuity processes, preferably gained in a financial services or blue chip organisation. Affiliate (or higher) level membership of the BCI would be an advantage, but is not essential. Good computer skills (particularly Word & Excel) are required for this position.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills will be essential in this role, as you'll be responsible for delivering BC training through workshops and other events and then testing and evaluating the recovery plans implemented in your business units.
Some project management experience would be an advantage, but more important will be demonstrable experience of gathering and analysing information to formulate effective business solutions.

Package c. £32,000 (including salary, London weighting, profit sharing opportunity, free final salary pension and a choice of benefits) + bonus opportunity of up to 15% of salary.
