Terms and conditions: conference

1. Payment 
Payments must be made by credit card or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. These payments must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or by 10th April 2015, whichever is sooner. The BCI reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments.. Non-payments will result in refusal of entry to the event.

2. Cancellation 
Once the terms and conditions are agreed to, cancellations can be made in writing up to 27th February 2015 for a 20% administration charge. No cancellations can be made after 28 February 2015, but bookings can be transferred to another name.

3. Price includes:

  • Attendance at the conference
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Refreshments during break times and lunch on both days
  • Delegate pack

The BCI reserves the right to make alterations to the published programme should it become necessary to do so. We will endeavour to ensure that the revised content remains comparable to the published programme.

Please note that we may take photographs, video and audio footage of the event, which may include speakers and the delegation, and this may later be used in editorial features and/or in marketing and promotional material.
