Technical Services Director

Re-advertisement : job changed from part time to full time role

The Business Continuity Institute is seeking a full time Technical Services Director to complete its senior management team.

A highly effective communicator across all stakeholder groups including central and local government, business, the media, industry bodies and academia, the successful applicant will have a thorough working knowledge of business continuity management and related disciplines.

This role will focus on raising the profile of the Business Continuity Institute as the leading professional body in business continuity management. Working mainly in the UK but with some overseas travel, the postholder will represent the BCI in the external arena and co-ordinate the activities of the newly appointed BCI International Area Representatives in helping to deliver the BCI International Expansion Plan.

This appointment is initially for a two-year period and the postholder will be UK-based. Flexible working conditions including office location will be considered to attract the right high calibre candidate. A full job description is available from nichola@thebci.org
