Business Continuity & Crisis Management Manager
Middlesex / M3
To £60,000 + excellent package
HB/14527

This global energy group has a new requirement for Business Continuity and Crisis Management Manager to lead BCM and Emergency Response assurance for the UK group HR function. Although the project is targeting BCM, CM and ER for HR personnel, all candidates will be expected to have broad BCM/CM experience ideally at group management level. Key responsibilities will include review of HR BCM & ER policy, close examination of BCP & ER capabilities, senior management facing consultancy, training, testing and awareness project work. You will have a strong background in ER, BCM and CR as well as excellent project management and communication skills and ideally some demonstratable project experience within HR operations from a BCM perspective. This is a very interesting opportunity with a very highly regarded corporate enterprise, and could develop in to a European or even global role.
