Clive Lunn FBCI
Clive has over 22 years IT experience spread over a wide range of platforms, with the last 8 years focussed on business continuity management.

He has formal training in information security (ISO-IEC 17799) and project management and is an experienced presenter and trainer.

Treasury dealing room and call centre recovery are areas in which he has specialist skills with additional experience in manufacturing, distribution, local government, insurance and banking.

Clive has conducted consulting engagements from concept through to implementation and actual recovery. In addition to conducting business impact and risk analysis, recovery strategy formulation, the writing, review and exercising of business continuity plans, he has extensive experience in technical recovery solution design and implementation.

Technical recovery solution design and implementation experience includes heterogeneous environments consisting of workplace recovery, IBM Mainframe, IBM I-series, IBM P-series, SUN, HP UNIX, Windows, Local area networks and Wide area networks. Voice communication experience includes Call centre ACD, Dealer room telephony and voice recording.

Clive has been a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute since January 2003 and is available for short-term consultancy contracts anywhere in Canada or the US. He will also consider permanent positions in Vancouver, Victoria or Seattle.
