This webinar focuses on educating staff to create a common language and perspective relating to resilience.
Business Continuity Consultant, Suzanne Kim, will provide a methodology that can be followed. Once completed, when someone speaks about risk, critical vs high impact, business continuity, and resources their understanding will be consistent with others. The common language will enable staff to answer the question ‘What does it mean to me?’ and create a more focused resiliency effort.
