BCI AGM

  • 17:00 - 18:00
  • 6 Nov 2017
  • Hammersmith Novotel, London, United Kingdom

All members are invited to the 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Business Continuity Institute, which will be held on Monday 6th November 2017 at 17.00 (GMT) at the Novotel London West Hotel, Hammersmith International Ctre, 1 Shortlands, London W6 8DR.

The AGM gives the Board the opportunity to present the Institute’s performance and strategy to the members and to listen and respond to questions. It also gives you the right to vote on any resolutions that have been submitted by the BCI Board or an eligible member (AMBCI, MBCI, AFBCI, FBCI, Hon MBCI, Hon FBCI) of the Institute.

Once again we have engaged a division of the Electoral Reform Society (ERS) to oversee proxy voting and to ensure that proxy wishes are carried out, and this includes an online option for eligible voting members to appoint a proxy and indicate how they wish the proxy vote to be exercised on each resolution. A guide to the AGM can be found below.

All voting members should hear directly from the ERS regarding proxy voting and it is recommended that if you are unable to attend the meeting to lodge your proxy vote online in advance of the meeting.
