As we progress to achieve our aim to Connect, Empower & Support more Women in the Resilience disciplines to become leaders and advance in their careers, there is a need to emphasize the importance of more people to be involved in Allyship for women in the Resilience industry.

Allyship is a lifelong process of building relationships based on trust, consistency and accountability with marginalized individuals and groups of people. Even more important is that allyship cannot be self-defined; our work and our efforts must be recognized by the people we seek to ally ourselves with.

Please join us at our upcoming webinar on how you can get involved  in allyship and support more women in the industry

The session will be hosted as a panel discussion by Candice and Winifred  – from the Women in Resilience Committee who will be discussing with two prominent Allies – James Green and Luke Bird, who are passionate about engaging with Women in Resilience and would be discussing on their experiences, their journey in allyship and  how others can be allies to the community.

Join us as we explore the learning journey of how to be an Ally for Women in the Resilience Industry.

We look forward to welcoming you!
