Whether they are called Continuity Measures, Contingency Plans, Backup Plans, or just Plan B, these alternate business continuity strategies are essential to the continued operation of business processes in the event of an interruption to those processes. We will discuss the different types of Continuity Measures, how to determine and create Continuity Measure strategies, as well as give real-world examples and also discuss employing Continuity Measures during exercises and actual incidents.
