International SOS provided an objective assessment of a major telecommunication company’s crisis management performance to date, relating both to COVID-19 and their broader processes as a component of the overall Business Continuity Plan. The COVID-19 pandemic has shown that it is essential to have a company-wide approach to crisis management and business continuity in order to protect employees’ health and safety and reinforce organisational business resilience.

In this webinar, we will present the results of our assessment using the International SOS Duty of Care methodology around the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach, looking at the following indicators: prevention, preparedness, response, recovery and consolidation. You will learn from this case study the examples of potential gaps in decision-making, roles and responsibilities, organisational set-up and cooperation as well as our recommendations.

Presenters:
Charline Gelin, Director Security Solutions EMEA, International SOS
