The ability to detect, prevent, prepare, mitigate and recover from crises is a strategic imperative for every senior leader today. In our 24/7 globally connected world, organizations must integrate risk management, crisis preparedness and business continuity, and leaders must be involved throughout the pre, during and post-crisis cycle to build resilience.
