On this webinar, Jim Preen is talking with Tim Lloyd from Helpful Technology. Tim has worked both sides of the communications fence: as a reporter and then as a civil servant. Tim was head of digital communications for the Department of Health and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. He now works with the Cabinet Office and other parts of the UK government to improve their digital communications. He does the same for many oil & gas corporations. In his words: ‘there is often a business continuity gap between preparedness and actually having boots on the ground.’
The webinar will be divided into two case studies: a look at Tim’s work with UK civil servants and at the sheer scale of the exercising that takes place among the world’s energy giants. He will emphasise the importance of listening before engaging and will set out practical skills that will help operations, customer service and senior teams understand the importance of digital communications.
If you want to understand the changing world of digital comms and how these changes need to be reflected in your business continuity plan, then you won’t want to miss this webinar.
Presented by:

Jim Preen, Crisis management director at YUDU Sentinel
