How organizations’ BCM needs are evolving over time
Business Continuity Management has changed quite considerably over the past two decades. Although it may still be regarded as a relatively young profession, it is continuously evolving over time to suit the needs of a changing environment. The challenges that BC professionals and organizations are facing today are of a much more complex nature than what we were dealing with 10 years ago, and going forward the timeframes where change happen within the BCM environment are becoming shorter and shorter. However, these changes are essential in building resilience.
