Since its development in the 1970s, Business Continuity Management (BCM) has evolved from disaster recovery planning and risk management into the planning and managing of Business Continuity (BC). However, further progress remains to be made to solidify gains at the “all-staff” level. For instance, according to a recent BC Benchmark Study (2019), more than sixty per cent of companies surveyed (61 per cent) named “lack of organisational engagement” as one of the greatest BCM challenges they faced. This webinar seeks to explain why that might be the case and how organisations can better engage all staff to keep Business Continuity from becoming an afterthought, and garner better results from their Business Continuity programs.
