To truly embed business continuity into the organization’s culture and operations first requires that those not directly involved in BC appreciate how critical it is to the organization and to them personally and, secondly, to understand the importance of the role they play in the program, however great or small.

As Business Continuity Month commences, this Webinar will discuss the importance of continuing to strive to embed business continuity. Business continuity is not a stand-alone undertaking and developing a more resilient organization requires developing greater awareness and embedding continuity across the organization. We will consider the current success of embedding efforts and discuss ways to create a more inclusive and collaborative approach to business continuity management that will, in turn, help build greater interest and awareness and a better understanding of business continuity as an important part of the organization’s culture and operations.
