Following the receipt of a complaint of a breach of the BCI Code of Conduct by a BCI member a Professional Conduct Committee hearing was convened to consider the allegation. The allegation was made against BCI member Kabir Singh and centred around the misuse of information during his employment with Continuity SA for his own benefit.

The committee found the charge proven and decided to suspend Mr Singh’s membership for a period of 3 years. Mr Singh declined to attend the hearing and did not submit any material in his defence.

No appeal was lodged by Mr Singh against the findings of the committee.
