ADOX was established in 2021, to enhance business continuity & operational resilience in the UAE, Gulf States & Middle East, and to partner with organisations to achieve compliance to their local regulatory frameworks and BCM objectives (i.e. NCEMA, CBUAE, SAMA), ISO22301) and BCI Good Practice Guidelines.
Although recently (2023 & 2024) leading the Group BCM Framework function at a major Bank (ADCB) in the UAE, which included multiple buildings across the UAE, and subsidiaries in KSA, Egypt and Kazakhstan.
Meet the Instructors

Nasim Choudhry, MSC, BSc, MBCI, CBCI
Founder and principal consultant and training instructor at ADOX, Nasim has 25 years+ experience in business continuity and operational resilience within the Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Technology & Security sectors, in the United Kingdom (UK) and United Arab Emirates (UAE), Gulf States and Middle East, and is a BCI approved instructor.
From Oxford, England, UK, and educated at City University (MSc), London, and Bath University (BSc), with postgraduate studies at Oxford University, Nasim’s initial introduction, training and implementation experience for BCM, resilience, disaster recovery, emergency planning and crisis management, was developed during a 6-year career (2001 – 2007) with Prudential plc, to implement the Group BCM Framework for business units operating in Reading, London, Scotland, and Ireland, in alignment to UK regulatory requirements. The majority of Nasim’s industry experience in the UAE was achieved during a 13-year career (2007 – 2020) at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), as part of a team that implemented a high maturity BCM Framework, to safeguard the organization from business disruption risks.
Nasim is very much into personal development and self-improvement and advocates and highly respects the wide range of training courses provided by the BCI, and aims to empower BCI course participants to achieve their training and certification requirement (e.g. CBCI, etc).
