Alice Kaltenmark is a recognized business resilience expert who contributes as a resilience thought leader, mentor, and resilience evangelist. Her professional experience spans more than 20 years in business continuity and disaster recovery in the information solutions industry and 40 years in IT. Kaltenmark serves as a Director on the BCI global board of directors, a capstone of her many years of service to the resilience profession. She has been awarded the Honorary FBCI, FBCI, and MBCP certifications.

Founder and President of Premier Continuum, Isabelle Primeau, MBCI, CBCP, has been advising, training and inspiring business continuity and resilience professionals throughout the world for over 25 years. Recognized as a thought leader, Isabelle has advised hundreds of organizations from various sectors such as manufacturing, property management, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, engineering and accounting firms, financial services, and government service, in all phases of the continuity program. She is certified MBCI by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and is a BCI Approved instructor. She has taught in Canada, in the United States and in Europe since 2009. Strong from her field experience, she also develops private and customized training for small and large organizations. Always on the lookout for new trends in the industry, Isabelle designed and led her team to develop ParaSolution, a cloud-based and award-winning software for BCM, ITDR and EM/CM. Her outstanding dedication led her to win the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards in 2016 and to obtain the “Canadian Women Brand” certification for Premier Continuum in 2022. Isabelle is also recognized for her high level of understanding of IT infrastructures and challenges surrounding technology recovery.

Leveraging her work with hundreds of executives and senior managers, Marie-Hélène is known for her impeccable methodologies and her presentation skills.
Each year, Marie-Hélène attends multiple committees, boards, panels and conferences around the world, allowing her to stay ahead of trends and regulations. In 2023, Marie-Hélène was awarded the BCI Americas Awards Consultant of the Year. She is also the former President of BCI Canada.

Philippe Tasse-Gagne is a passionate continuity and resilience expert certified MBCI and CBCP, who has been advising clients in Quebec, Canada, and around the world on their business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency and crisis management programs for 25 years.
Over his career, Philippe has developed and implemented an extensive number of business continuity programs and projects, as well as numerous effective crisis management structures that are exercised and adapted to the organizations’ different contexts. Since 2022, he is the Vice-President of Consulting Services and Talent Development at Premier Continuum. To ensure the sustainability of the business continuity profession and to empower professionals in the field, Philippe has trained hundreds of practitioners on topics ranging from exercise development to business continuity planning, emergency, and crisis management, and business impact assessment (BIA) design and implementation as an approved BCI Instructor. His experience in various environments such as critical infrastructure, public service providers, provincial and federal ministries, financial and insurance institutions, telecommunications providers, and key players in the mining industry has given him a broad and clear vision of the issues and interrelationships that exist in today’s realm of resilience.

Nicole Scott, MBCI, PMP, CSSGB is a thought leader certified in Six Sigma (CSSGB), Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (MBCI/CBCI), and Project Management (PMP). She has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, governance, business resiliency, disaster recovery, program management, change management, and risk management.
Throughout her career, Nicole has lived and worked in many different regions of the United States, which has allowed her to support companies in various industries, including global operations. Through this eclectic array of experiences, she has work with diverse teams and has cultivated a unique perspective, empowering her to design mature, holistic and successful programs while applying industry best practices. She has worked with organizations such as USAA, PNC Bank, NASA, the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, Microsoft, and NTT DATA.
In addition to being an experienced practitioner, Nicole is the Founder and CEO of Devine Direction, LLC, a business consulting firm specializing in governance, business strategies, program management, technical solutions, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management. She excels in building vigorous, diverse, highly productive, and dynamic global teams. She enjoys fostering collaborative relationships and believes that true success comes from having a diverse group of people from various backgrounds and experiences interested in a common goal: achieving success.
Finally, Nicole is very active in the BC/DR community. She is an Advisory Board Member of the Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) and an approved instructor for the Business Continuity Institute.

Margaret Millett, MSBC, Hon FBCI, MBCP
Global business resilience thought leader., Premier Continuum
Margaret Millett has been an active global member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) since 1998 and is a highly respected international business continuity and resilience practitioner. She has contributed to multiple editions of the BCI Good Practice Guide (GPG), including the 2023, 2017, 2013, and 2010 editions.
Margaret was a founding board member of the BCI USA Chapter in 2010. From 2011–2015, she served on the BCI Risk and Governance Committee at the invitation of the BCI Chairperson; the Committee reported to the UK-based BCI Board of Directors. In 2019, she became one of the early members of BCI Women in Resilience (WiR) and subsequently served as Vice Chair from 2021–2024. Over the years, she has served as both a Regional and Global BCI Awards Judge.
In 2023, Margaret received the BCI Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her contributions and service to the business continuity and resilience profession. In 2025, she was inducted into the BCI Hall of Fame as the winner of the Continuity & Resilience Volunteer Award, recognized at the Americas 2022 and 2025 and Global 2025 BCI Awards. Since 2024, Margaret has also served as an approved instructor for the Business Continuity Institute.
Margaret is the CEO & Founder of Seamless Horizon, Inc. She has worked with Fortune 300 organizations in the IT and financial services sectors in both Ireland and the United States, helping to develop and strengthen Business Continuity Management Programs. Her career has included senior and board-level positions with business continuity and resilience organizations. She is an accomplished speaker and author who has presented at industry conferences and events across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Beyond her professional contributions, Margaret has been an advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association since 2007. From 2015–2025, she served as Chair of the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association Eastern North Carolina Chapter. She currently serves on the North Carolina Symphony Society Board and the Dress for Success Triangle Board.

Thomas Scorticati, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, is an experienced consultant specializing in business continuity, resilience, and crisis management. He has over 10 years of experience gained within specialized consulting firms, where he supported organizations across a wide range of sectors, including finance, energy, healthcare, industry, and public administration, in France, Canada, and Peru.
Now an independent consultant based in Paris, Thomas focuses on transforming plans into concrete operational reflexes within frontline teams. He works across all core components of the discipline, including business impact analyses, business continuity plans (BCP), crisis management, and the implementation of the ISO 22301 standard. Having been an actor and improviser since a young age, he applies the skills developed on stage—active listening, adaptability, and composure—to the practice of crisis management.
