This session will explore AI resilience as an emerging organizational capability that complements existing governance, security, business continuity and operational resilience practices. It will examine how AI-related disruptions can affect critical business outcomes, where traditional business continuity assumptions may need to evolve, and how organizations can strengthen their ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, recover from, and adapt to AI-related disruptions.

Using practical examples and organizational scenarios, the session will cover critical AI dependencies, the effectiveness of human fallback arrangements, realistic disruption testing, resilience measurement, and the importance of cross-functional accountability.

Participants will gain practical insights into integrating AI resilience into existing organizational frameworks, helping them move beyond protecting AI systems to maintaining critical services and business outcomes when AI cannot be relied upon.

We look forward to welcoming you.
