In this category, judges will be looking for evidence of how an organization has achieved a superior level of organizational resilience through the effective collaboration of complementary disciplines.
Applicants will need to provide evidence in all the following criteria, which are based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines:
- Give us some background information about the organization. Describe the organization, what it does, where it operates and its size.
- Why does the nominee believe collaboration is a critical enabler in developing organizational resilience?
- Which disciplines have collaborated within the nominee's organization between 1 January 2025 and 23 February 2026?
- During this time, how did the organization create an environment where the various disciplines felt comfortable working together effectively?
- What were the benefits to organizational resilience of the collaboration?
- Why does the organization deserve this award?
Each criterion has a maximum word count of 200.
