Join the BCI North East Chapter for a practical, community-led event focused on building resilience together. This session combines expert insight with open conversation, giving members the opportunity to learn from speakers and, importantly, from one another.

We will start by exploring the differences between Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Organisational Resilience, helping attendees understand how these related disciplines can support their organisation’s priorities. We will then move into two practical case studies: using AI to support the Business Impact Analysis process, and selecting the right resilience system for your organisation. Following each case study presentation, breakout discussions will put community learning at the heart of the event. Members can share their own approaches, discuss challenges, exchange lessons learned, and ask questions in a welcoming, supportive setting. Whether you are developing a new programme or improving an established one, you will gain practical ideas, hear alternative perspectives, and make useful contacts across the region.

Come along to connect with fellow resilience professionals, explore real-world experiences, and contribute to a stronger, more connected BCI North East community. Your contribution will help make the discussion relevant and useful for everyone, while creating opportunities for collaboration beyond the event itself. Together, we can strengthen our local resilience community.
