Modern threats to organizations are no longer straightforward crises. They are hybrid threats that combine cyber disruption, disinformation, economic pressure, and supply chain exploitation, often slipping past traditional business continuity plans.

This session explores why old school approaches are no longer sufficient and provides practical guidance on preparing smarter, faster, and more proactively.

Participants will learn how to identify early warning indicators, exercise for ambiguity, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and integrate communications and trust as core resilience capabilities.

Designed for a global audience, this session equips attendees with actionable strategies to enhance organizational readiness for the complex, interconnected disruptions of today and tomorrow.

We look forward to welcoming you!
