External risks no longer stay outside organisational boundaries. Cyber incidents, supplier failures, geopolitical events, and climate disruptions now penetrate operations, people, and decision-making faster than most organisations can respond.

This session explores how external shocks become internal failures and what organisations must do to strengthen resilience from the inside out.

Moving beyond traditional business continuity, the discussion focuses on embedding resilience into governance, culture, critical services, and technology to ensure organisations can absorb disruption, adapt under pressure, and continue delivering what matters most.

We look forward to welcoming you!
