This is the foundation of a practical webinar series for BCM and risk professionals who want to use AI with confidence, control, and measurable benefit. We help you move beyond AI hype and build real capability.

The series is designed for both first-time users and more advanced practitioners who want repeatable methods, not one-off experiments. The first two sessions provide the baseline for scaling AI into real BCM use cases.

In this session, you will learn what LLMs are in operational terms, the essential vocabulary, and a simple prompting structure you can reuse immediately for common BCM tasks such as drafting, summarising, and reviewing documents. You will leave with a practical prompt pattern and examples you can apply the same day.

Session two, which will be held in March, will cover the governance baseline. We set out clear guardrails, decision rights, and data-handling rules so your AI usage is defensible, repeatable, and aligned with your organisation’s risk and compliance expectations.

All sessions thereafter focus on practical use cases, including BIA use cases with a case study, AI agents for real-time global event analysis and automated horizon scanning, and member-driven sessions based on submitted needs. To make this a long-term, member-driven programme, we encourage you to share feedback and suggest topics and use cases so the series reflects what practitioners actually need.
