Theme: Reflect, Learn and Prepare: Strengthening Resilience in an Era of Disruption

Join us for an insightful and interactive panel discussion webinar reflecting on the key events, incidents, and disruptions that shaped 2026, and the critical lessons they offer for organisations, communities, and resilience practitioners.

The session will explore the growing impact of geopolitical uncertainty, disasters, infrastructure disruptions, climate-related events, cyber and technology risks, and other operational challenges that continue to test the ability of organisations to respond, recover, adapt, and sustain essential services. Through expert perspectives, facilitated dialogue, audience participation, and practical reflections, participants will examine how lessons learnt from recent disruptions can shape future continuity, resilience, emergency preparedness, and risk management conversations.

The webinar will provide a valuable platform to reflect on what worked, what needs to improve, and how organisations and communities can strengthen preparedness, enhance adaptive capacity, and build more resilient systems for the future.
