About the nominee
I am a consultant in Risk Management and Business Continuity, dedicated to advancing the culture of resilience across institutions, professional associations, and universities in Italy and abroad. Over the years, I have contributed to the profession through research, dissemination, and active participation in national and international initiatives.
My connection with the BCI is reflected in my membership in the BCI Cyber Resilience Committee and in my long-standing work to promote best practices in continuity and resilience. I have published extensively, co-authoring the Clusit Report on Cyber Security (2020–2025), thematic volumes on Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Risk, and Supply Chain Risk, as well as contributing to academic publications such as The State in Crisis (2022).
I serve on the boards and committees of leading associations, including CLUSIT, ANRA, FERMA, and ENIA, where I am recognized as a reference point in Italy and increasingly engaged by international organizations for my unique perspective on the intersections of risk, resilience, cyber security, and regulation.

Why serve on the BCI Board?

I am driven by a genuine passion for elevating the resilience profession and ensuring it receives the strategic recognition it deserves. Throughout my career, I have seen how effective resilience practices protect organizations, safeguard communities, and create lasting value. This experience has strengthened my determination to contribute at a governance level where I can influence the direction and impact of our profession on a broader scale.
My multi-disciplinary background, combined with extensive international experience, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the complex challenges organizations face across different sectors and latitudes. I believe this perspective would be valuable in helping BCI navigate an increasingly complex global landscape.
I am motivated to serve because I want to help strengthen BCI's position as the authoritative global voice on resilience. I envision an organization that proactively addresses emerging threats, from cyber risks to climate disruption, and shapes the regulatory and professional standards that define our field.
