The BCI is pleased to announce, in conjunction with BC Management, that the 2020 Compensation Report is now available for BCI members to download
The report highlights the continued growth and prosperity in the business continuity and resilience profession. The average base compensation was 15% up on 2019, and 13.4% of respondents received a new job offer from a new company in the last 12 months.
This report measures compensation in the industry against a number of key metrics including gender, age, location, experience, education and more.
