A Strategic Peer-to-Peer Roundtable for Resilience Professionals

Traditional Business Continuity Management (BCM) often focuses on "sudden-impact" events. This roundtable brings together Crisis, Event, BCM, Resilience, and Security Leaders from around the world to address the gap in managing predictable crises.

These are slow-onset contingencies characterized by observable signals—such as geopolitical shifts, deteriorating stability, or increasing restrictions—that may precede a full-scale crisis escalation. The objective of this session is to move beyond reactive BCM by sharing cross-industry expertise and co-creating a proactive framework specifically designed for long-term contingencies. This collaborative effort will serve as the foundation for a forward-looking, peer-to-peer community.

Why Join This Roundtable?

  • Peer-Led Intelligence: This is a "By Members, For Members" session. It is moderated by peers to ensure the dialogue remains at a high strategic level, focusing on pragmatic sharing rather than administrative theory.
  • Actionable Frameworks: Move from theory to practice. We will collaboratively model the BCM approach for geopolitical trajectories and progressive deteriorations.
  • Collaborative Standards: Your insights will directly shape the future approach, ensuring the final reference is grounded in real-world leadership experience.
  • Efficient Engagement: Designed for the busy executive, this session focuses on "here and now" value, with a lean follow-up process that respects your diary and existing commitments.
