The BCI Australasia In-Person Member Networking Series is designed to bring members together in a relaxed, informal setting across key locations in the region. These casual catch-ups will provide an opportunity for members to reconnect face-to-face, strengthen professional relationships, share perspectives, and rebuild local networking opportunities within the business continuity and resilience community.
The series is intended to support member engagement by creating accessible, low-pressure opportunities for local members to meet, exchange ideas, discuss current challenges, and build stronger connections with peers working across business continuity, resilience, crisis management, risk, emergency management and related disciplines.
These events will also help re-establish regular in-person conversations following a period where many professional interactions have moved online or become more geographically dispersed. Each event will be held in a casual venue, with attendees responsible for purchasing their own food and beverages.
The focus is on conversation, connection and community rather than formal presentations or structured learning. By holding these events across multiple cities, the BCI Australasia Chapter aims to strengthen its regional presence, improve member connection, and provide a practical way for members to engage with the Chapter and each other in person.
