Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming part of day-to-day business operations, bringing new opportunities, efficiencies, and risks. But what happens when an approved AI tool unintentionally exposes sensitive information and disrupts critical services?
Join fellow resilience, business continuity, and crisis management professionals for an interactive tabletop exercise facilitated by Conducttr and hosted by the BCI Canada Chapter. Working alongside peers from across Canada and around the world, you'll navigate a realistic AI-related disruption scenario, explore key decision points, and discuss how organizations can respond when emerging technologies create unexpected operational challenges. Through facilitated discussion and collaborative problem-solving, participants will examine the impacts of an AI-driven incident on critical services, stakeholder confidence, regulatory obligations, and recovery activities.
During this session, participants will:
- Assess the operational impact on critical services
- Decide when and how to activate business continuity measures
- Manage disruption to claims processing and payments
- Communicate with stakeholders under pressure
- Support recovery and strengthen resilience against future incidents
This session is designed for business continuity, resilience, risk management, emergency management, cybersecurity, and crisis management professionals looking to better understand the continuity implications of emerging technologies in a collaborative learning environment.
Facilitator María Torres Head of Customer Relations, Conducttr María Torres is Conducttr's Head of Customer Relations, who oversees all customer care processes across the company, ensuring all clients are getting the most out of our crisis exercise simulation platform.
