Wael Althobaiti is a resilience and business continuity leader with over 13 years of experience across the telecom and oil & gas sectors. He currently serves as Business Continuity Testing Assurance Director, leading enterprise-wide assurance programs, shaping resilience strategy, and driving regulatory alignment.
He specializes in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management, with a focus on leadership readiness, organizational culture, and decision-making. Wael has led major initiatives including corporate stress testing and large-scale crisis simulations, strengthening organizations’ ability to respond, adapt, and sustain performance in high-impact environments.
Wael is also a published author in the field of resilience and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
