As the nature of disruption shifts from acute shocks to extended polycrises, the core differentiator between organisations that stumble and those that adapt lies in their human leadership capacity. Skills such as authentic communication, psychological safety, and relational trust are no longer "soft skills"; they are critical human infrastructure.

In this joint session, Kelly Blakeley brings frontline leadership lessons on why trust and connection are increasingly vital for organisational resilience, while Dr Jinnie Ooi provides the clinical research and psychological tools needed to operationalise these behaviours. Together, they discuss the systemic gaps in current leadership development and outline actionable ways risk and resilience professionals can embed human-centric principles into their organisational culture.

We look forward to seeing you!
