A massive cyberattack hits Finland’s ports, freezing operations across the Baltic and halting critical trade flows. Cargo systems lock up, ships queue offshore, and undersea cable disruptions spark talk of hybrid interference. As global clients demand answers and domestic supply chains grind to a halt, your organization becomes the focus of national and international attention.
You are the Business Continuity Lead for a major Finnish logistics firm. Your mission is to stabilize the situation : assess the impact, activate continuity plans, and coordinate teams under intense pressure. You’ll need to restore critical functions, manage communications, and make tough, time-critical decisions that balance operational recovery, stakeholder confidence, and national resilience.
Through this exercise, you’ll experience the realities of leading a coordinated business continuity response, from incident escalation to recovery prioritization, cross-sector collaboration, and crisis leadership in a hybrid threat environment.
