Welcome to the BCI North East Chapter community!

The BCI North East Chapter brings together business continuity and resilience professionals from across the Northeast and Yorkshire, creating a space to connect, share experiences and learn from one another. We’re here for practitioners at all stages of their careers, whether you’re just starting out or have been leading programmes for years.

You can expect a friendly, inclusive chapter that focuses on:

• Helping members strengthen their continuity and resilience practice through peer-to-peer learning and shared experiences
• Building a strong local professional community where people feel comfortable asking questions and sharing challenges
• Strengthening regional resilience capability - by supporting professional standards and cross-sector collaboration across the region and beyond
• Highlighting the value of BCI membership and connecting members with relevant resources and thought leadership

Our activities will include a mix of in-person and virtual events such as networking sessions, practical workshops, speaker events and panel discussions. We aim to run a regular programme across the year so members can plan ahead, with topics shaped by member feedback and the issues that matter most to the organisations in our region.
