BCI Global Awards 2025 Winner Spotlight: ReadiNow AI Agents for Risk and Resilience
The BCI are pleased to recognise the winner of the Continuity & Resilience Innovation award: ReadiNow AI Agents for Risk and Resilience. This award is designed to recognise a new product, service, or in-house initiative that advances the way organisations deliver continuity and resilience.
The winner is a platform that uses autonomous AI agents trained in continuity, compliance, and incident response. These agents detect threats, recommend actions, and guide users through critical decisions without technical setup or specialist teams.
These agents are powered by an agentic AI platform, each Agent operates autonomously, scanning for risks, recommending controls, resolving incidents, and maintaining business continuity in real time. They’re context-aware, trained on an organisation’s data and regulatory environment, and deployable instantly via a no-code engine.
Each Agent is trained for a specific domain such as risk, compliance, continuity, or incident response, and works autonomously to scan for emerging threats, recommend actions, trigger workflows, and guide users through critical decisions in real time.
What makes them unique isn’t just automation, it’s the combination of contextual intelligence, natural language interaction, and instant deployment. Business users can engage with their AI Agents directly, without technical barriers or long configuration cycles.
One judge commented that ReadiNow’s AI agents ‘seem to actually help businesses stay ready and respond fast, without needing technical teams. It is easy for normal users to interact with the system and get real-time help during disruptions. It seems smart, scalable, and already working well in big organisations as supported with the testimonials.’
Another said ‘This innovation truly seems like it is advancing the GRC space, inclusive of continuity and resilience without adding additional weight to an already overburdened technology stack. This could be the next silver bullet in the resilience professions’ arsenal. Based on the testimonials, it appears to work in any technology landscape, which will make is widely popular in a first line of defence.’
