- Recorded sessions with access available until 10 days after course completion
Course cost and schedule:
The cost includes both the CBCI Online Course and the CBCI Exam (online) as a bundle. You will also receive a complimentary PDF copy of the Good Practice Guidelines Edition 7.0 to assist you with your learning. A printed copy of the GPG can be purchased additionally from the BCI Shop.

Monday 27 April 2026 to Tuesday 2 June 2026
Course running from Monday 27 April 2026 and finishing on Tuesday 2 June 2026
Sessions every Monday and Tuesday 15:00 – 17:00 hours (UK time)
Course Three opens online for booking at 18:00hrs (UK time) on 16 February 2026
Early Bird Discount ends 17:00hrs (UK time) 6 April 2026
Standard Booking closes 17:00hrs (UK time) 13 April 2026
Please note, sessions running on Monday 04 May 2026 & Monday 11 May 2026 will run between 15:00 – 19:00 hours (UK time). Due to this, there will not be any sessions running on Tuesday 05 May 2026 & Tuesday 12 May 2026. All other sessions will remain the same between 15:00 – 17:00 hours (UK time).
Please note: This course and exam will only be supplied for the sole use of the purchaser. Once purchased you will be sent a registration email that will usually take up to 3 working days (GMT/BST) to arrive. Registration for the course will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and late entries are not accepted.
The course is scheduled from 3pm - 5pm UK time, although please note that timings may occasionally change due to operational needs, such as high demand from delegate registrations. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible should a change to the scheduled times be required.
You will be registered for your Online CBCI Exam in week six of your course, this is usually on the last Monday of the course and this will entitle you to a 60-day exam assignment period. Any queries, please contact [email protected]
