This event will focus on the key success factors that are required to manage a crisis effectively and in a timely and efficient manner.

During this event, we will explore the potential consequences of an inadequate or deficient crisis management framework, highlighting the severe impact on operations, brand reputation, and long-term stakeholder trust.
Additionally, the session will provide practical, actionable recommendations on how to design, implement, and regularly exercise a robust Crisis Management Plan, drawing on the real-world experience and deep insights of our invited speakers.

The event will count on guest speakers with a very long career in the Business Continuity and Crisis Management field. These experts will share with the participants the most important risks and pitfalls experienced by them along the way, both during the initial implementation phase and within high-pressure, real-world crises. We will dive deep into the process of decision-making while under stress and the logistical hurdles of organisational recovery after a crisis.

This event is designed for all BC professionals and managers willing to learn more about managing a crisis by listening to experienced professionals discuss the challenges they face daily. The attendees will improve their strategic tools, essential to ensure organisational resilience in the face of a disruptive event.
