In todays challenging corporate environment with ever increasing risks and threats that impact the very survival of the organization along with current geopolitical tensions, trade restrictions, cyber threats, and recurring supply chain disruptions, organization Boards need to be proactive to address the risks and build timely and adequate safe guards. Boards need to provide the leadership that fosters effective oversight that enhances organizational resilience wherein the risk, crisis handling capability, ability to conduct its minimum critical business and also managing any "stakeholder concern".
