This interactive “Ask the Expert” session is designed to unpack the real-world challenges BC practitioners face across the lifecycle of their programmes: from initial implementation through to periodic updates and ongoing continuous improvement.

Rather than focusing purely on theory, this session centres on the practitioner experience. What happens when frameworks meet organisational complexity? Where do programmes lose momentum after initial rollout? How do you keep plans relevant in a fast-changing risk landscape, while balancing limited time, resources, and stakeholder buy-in?

Together, we will explore common friction points, including:

  • Translating strategy into operational, usable plans
  • Maintaining stakeholder engagement beyond initial implementation
  • Keeping documentation and plans current without creating administrative burden
  • Embedding continuous improvement into day-to-day business practices
  • Navigating organisational resistance and competing priorities

This is a collaborative session where participants are encouraged to bring their own challenges, questions, and insights. Through open discussion and expert guidance, the session aims to surface practical solutions, shared experiences, and actionable approaches that can strengthen BC programmes at every stage of maturity.

We look forward to welcoming you.
