3 Unwritten Rules for High Performing Resilience Programs

Coming out of the 2020 pandemic, Russia / Ukraine War, massive Hurricane’s, increased cyber-attacks to name of few, Business, Operational, Technology and Cyber Resilience programs are enjoying increased awareness, organizational support, and significant C-suite engagement. And yet, despite these positive factors, resilience professionals are still struggling to compete for program funding, build momentum, meet program goals on time and achieve the planned outcomes of enterprise resilience programs.

There are a lot of misconceptions about the skills, competencies and professional capabilities needed to truly build and sustain momentum and achieve program outcomes faster while reducing risk. Surprise, Surprise, it goes above and beyond risk assessments, BIAs, exercises, cool tooling, metrics, and the normal tools of the trade. Transforming and optimizing your program requires translating your vision into tangible outcomes that motivates action and inviting stakeholders to join in on the journey toward shared goals.

In this session, you’ll learn about the 3 Unwritten Rules for High Performing Resilience Programs:

  • Forming collaborative, tactical, and strategic Alliances,
  • Winning together and cultivating cross-domain Partnerships,
  • Enhancing engagement by utilizing Storytelling to achieve strategic outcome

Please note:

  • This session runs every 4th Thursday of the month
  • This program is exclusively for BCI Members

We look forward to welcoming you!
