    Anoushka Chati is a CBCI-certified Operational Resilience Analyst at Ardonagh Speciality, a speciality insurance broker in London. She leads resilience initiatives aligned with the FCA regulatory standards, supports crisis response, and strengthens business continuity across the organisation. With a background in higher education and tech, she holds a Master’s in Management for Business Excellence, where her research focused on crisis leadership and organisational resilience. Anoushka is also a committee member of the Women in Resilience special interest group at the BCI, where she helps shape inclusive conversations and thought leadership in the field.
