Connect, Collaborate, and Contribute: Join the Operational Resilience SIG Open House

The Operational Resilience Special Interest Group (SIG) is pleased to announce our enhanced 2026 Open House programme, now featuring two complementary formats on alternating months.

Our Topic Spotlight sessions, held every other month, feature a 15-minute introduction from a subject matter expert followed by an open conversation among participants. This structure allows attendees to gain foundational knowledge on a timely topic while engaging in peer-to-peer discussion and knowledge sharing. On alternate months, our traditional Open House format continues, offering informal gatherings focused purely on open dialogue and community connection.

The February 18th Topic Spotlight will focus on the Use of Generative AI in Operational Resilience.

As organizations increasingly explore AI-powered tools for scenario planning, risk assessment, and crisis response, this session will examine practical applications, emerging challenges, and considerations for responsible implementation within an operational resilience framework. Whether you're actively experimenting with GenAI tools or simply curious about how these technologies might shape the future of our profession, this session offers an opportunity to learn from experts and colleagues alike. Bring your questions, share your experiences, and help shape the collective understanding of this rapidly evolving topic.
