Why serve on the BCI Board?

It would be the highest privilege to be trusted to serve on the BCI board and lead the profession through a transformative era shaped by AI, quantum computing, and global risk complexity/uncertainty. My experience, spanning from customer to vendor to global consulting services product owner, provides me with a unique perspective on resilience across various industries and geographies.

I am neurodiverse, and this has helped me understand people with different needs, whilst also enabling me to view things from multiple angles, often providing fresh perspectives that enhance collaboration and lead to more thoughtful, inclusive solutions.

I’ve built and led global consulting services, developed generative and agentic AI, and powered Business Continuity, Disaster, and Cyber Ransomware Recovery solutions, advising CxOs on resilience strategies.  I understand how to build communities, help enable them, manage them, and work with stakeholders across various industries and geographies.  I’ve also contributed to BCI through chapter leadership, SIGs, and judging, and I mentor professionals worldwide.

I’m passionate about expanding BCI’s global reach, aligning with evolving standards, and ensuring our profession attracts and retains top talent. I believe in embedding resilience into ESG and future readiness strategies, and I want to help BCI remain a trusted, innovative, and inclusive voice in the years ahead.
