What We’re Looking For

  • Webinars / Panels: 45–60 minutes with clear learning outcomes aligned to a daily theme. 
  • Round tables: Facilitated discussions sharing multisector perspectives and lessons learned. 
  • Case Studies: Real-world examples with outcomes, metrics, and transferable practices. 
  • Exercise Templates & Scenarios: Ready-to-use materials (objectives, injects, roles, evaluation criteria). 

Key Dates

  • Call for Content: from 12 January 2026 - 16 March 2026 
  • Programme launch: 1 April 2026 
  • Campaign dates: 18 - 22 May 2026 

Submission Guidelines

Submission Method: All content must be submitted via the BCAW+R page forms. Submissions made by email or other channels cannot be accepted. 

  • Theme Alignment: Clearly indicate which daily theme your content supports and how it challenges common assumptions. 
  • Audience & Outcomes: Define target audience (e.g., BC practitioners, senior leaders, SMEs) and 3-4 specific learning outcomes. 
  • Practical Takeaways: Include tools, frameworks, templates, or checklists participants can apply. 
  • Format & Duration: Provide format (webinar, roundtable, case study, exercise) and expected length. 
  • Please review and sign the T&Cs before submitting your roundtable and/or case study.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Relevance & Insight: Directly addresses the theme and surfaces overlooked risks or dependencies.
  • Actionability: Offers concrete steps, templates, or methods that organizations can implement.
  • Evidence & Impact: Uses data, outcomes, or examples to demonstrate effectiveness.
  • Diversity of Viewpoints: Encourages cross‑sector and global perspectives.
  • Clarity & Quality: Structured, engaging, and free of promotional content.

After You Submit

  • You’ll receive an acknowledgement via the BCAW+ R page forms.
  • Accepted contributors will be contacted with next steps, scheduling, and content standards.
  • Final assets (slides, templates, handouts) will be due ~4 weeks before campaign weeks.
