Learn how to run effective business continuity exercises. We all know we should do them, but it seems so hard to organise and deliver a really good exercise.

We tackle the weakest part for many organisations, but probably most fun part of the entire business continuity management system: how to deliver and run a really good exercise.

You’ll go away with new skills, tips and techniques for making the most of exercises and enhance your own business continuity programmes and make a real difference to your organisation.
