Remote Security and Crisis Management. Why it Doesn't Work

Remote security and crisis management can provide valuable strategic support; however, it is not an effective substitute for experienced on site leadership.
Limited situational awareness, delayed information flow, and reduced operational control can significantly affect the speed and quality of decision making during critical incidents.
Effective crisis management depends on immediate access to verified information, direct coordination with stakeholders, established local relationships, and the ability to assess rapidly changing conditions firsthand.
For this reason, remote capability is most effective when integrated with a strong and empowered local security presence.
We are looking forward to welcoming you!
