A globally recognised professional, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Protection and Emergency Management and an ISO 22301 Business Continuity Lead Auditor. He remains passionate about developing people and validating capacity and capabilities to meet the risks we face. Paul has a great common-sense communication approach alongside his coaching and mentoring skills, to help develop strategic leaders, their teams and Resilience professionals to ultimately, help to make the bad days better.
