    Ms Cordellia N. Moseki is a Business Continuity Manager at the Bank of Botswana, involved in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s Business Continuity Management System.  Ms Moseki holds a post-graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Botswana Accountancy College, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Public Administration, both obtained from the University of Botswana. Professionally, Ms Moseki is a Certified Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 BCMS Standard, and a Certified Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 BCMS Standard. Ms Moseki is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA). Her extensive certifications demonstrate her commitment to excellence in her field.     Ms. Karabo Badirwang is an analyst at the Bank of Botswana (central bank) in the Statistics, Data Management and Analytics Department, specialising in data management and analytics. Her primary focus includes data modelling, data storytelling, and machine learning. As an analyst, Karabo manages a wide range of data-related tasks and works extensively with data from various domains, including business continuity management and corporate KPI analysis. Data modelling enables her to create abstract models that represent real-world data systems, facilitating a better understanding and management of data. Additionally, her expertise in data storytelling allows her to communicate complex data findings in a compelling way, making them accessible to stakeholders at all levels – an advocate for data democratisation. By training, Karabo is an economist, with an MSc in Money and Banking from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and a BA in Economics from the University of Botswana.
