Steve’s breadth of experience is further enriched by his current position within Getronics’ global portfolio team, where he continues to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value. His commitment to lifelong learning is demonstrated by an impressive attainment of 60 professional IT certifications, starting with NT Server 4.0 and still counting.

    BCM Consultant

    Macarena is a Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity (BCM & ITSCM) Consultant at Getronics and a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) since September 2016. She chaired the BCI Spain Chapter from its inception in 2020 until 2023. Her previous experience with the European Commission enabled me to specialize in training and exercising staff to be prepared for real-life disasters or major disruptions. With a strong background in communication, Macarena led awareness-raising initiatives and developed promotional materials to help organizations better understand a Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and engage more effectively in building resilience. A passionate advocate for the European Union, she brings both commitment and expertise to her work. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
