Tom Foskett has worked in incident, emergency and crisis management for over 20 years combined. Tom is currently responsible for the BCM System and program of resilience activities for Arc Infrastructure who are responsible for managing South West WA’s Freight Rail Network.
Tom will discuss the business continuity journey undertaken by Arc Infrastructure since 2019 to present and focus on the key question of “what must go right” to ensure a realistic, achievable and actionable program of activities is in place. The presentation will also cover the impacts of COVID and how Arc responded, leveraging the work completed since 2019.
